The voice is a portal between the conscious and the unconscious, a bridge between the mind and body.

​We are all born with the primal function of sound fully inside us. We all come in with a unique vocal fingerprint that's there to be remembered and reverberated.

​​

Yet as we move life, social conditioning and past traumas can create blocks in our natural expression. Words get stuck in our throat. We can't speak up. We may feel out of tune within ourselves and the world around us. We want to hold circles using sound and being comfortable to speak in front of others. We may know there's more and need some co-regulated support with this.

​Through these embodied practices, you will cultivate deeper listening, connect with sensations in your body, and expand your capacity for authentic expression—both inwardly and outwardly.

Using the essential tools of breath, sound, and movement—shared through unique methods I’ve developed from years of classical vocal training and holistic wellness—we will explore voice in a non-linear, embodied way.

Allow your true voice to emerge from a place of ease, joy, pleasure, expanded perception, and freedom.

Course weekly outline:

 

We will begin by dropping into the unified field through somatic presence and practice, then move into an embodied vocal practice using breath, sound, touch, and movement.

We’ll close with a space for sharing.

This is a co-creative field—one of deep listening and embodied enquiry.

I hold a strong, anchored container so that within it, we have the freedom to be fluid, intuitive, and expansive.

Please note: This is for anyone who wants to explore their Voice. If you already sing a lot you may find more layers to your Voice. If you think you can't sing, you may find sounds and notes you never knew existed. Everyone is welcome.

No one will be asked to sing on their own.

This is about exploring sound and your unique voice as a pathway to fuller expression, presence, and expansiveness.

ABOUT ME:

I am a Sound and Somatic Therapist weaving a toolkit of Sound therapy, Vocal coaching, and many Somatic trainings including Embodied Counselling, Somatic Experiencing, Sexological Bodywork and Shamanic Womb practices.

​I had a background as a Classical Singer for many years before moving more into a non-linear way of sounding as a channel for the earth and the whales. I have a particular passion for the connection between the voice and the vagina and how they are interwoven in breath, physiology and sacred geometry
